Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:
If you would like to return a product, please contact us with the following information:

    • Invoice number
    • Product Description
    • Item #
    • Quantity.
    • Dates of purchase.

(all returns must be made within 60 days of purchase)

After Supplement Locker receives the above four items we will issue an RA# (Return Authorization Number) This RA# will be provided to you by Supplement Locker within 36 hours. We require the customer to mark the outside of the package with the RA#; packages without this marking will be refused.

 

All returns must be mailed within 45 days from when the customer receives RA#.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or customer dissatisfaction.

 

In the event of missing products, Supplement Locker must be contacted within 24 hours.

 

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all customer user returns.

 

Returned merchandise MUST NOT be marked in any manner and must be in resalable condition.

 

Closeout and/or discountinued items may not be returned.

 

No cash refunds will be given on returns.

DAMAGES:
Supplement Locker is not responsible for damages due to elements out our control, such as but not limited to melted bars (see cold packs) We will not ship drinks in glass containers. Customers must contact us regarding damages within 24 hours of delivery.

 

COLD PACKS:
Cold Packs are available upon request to prevent products from melting. Supplement Locker will not accept returns on melted products.

 

Out-of-Stock Product Policy:
Inventory availability is not guaranteed. The customer will be notified via e-mail or phone call regarding out-of-stock. Split shipments are available upon customer approval in the event the order cannot be shipped complete from one location.

Order Processing/Cancellation:
Supplement Locker is unable to make any alterations to orders after they have been submitted.

 

Order cancellations requests must be emailed to info@supplementlocker.com within 30 minutes of the submission the original PO; if you unable to email, please call customer service for assistance.

Shipping

 

Supplementlocker.com ships orders within the 48 contiguous states via USPS and UPS. Currently there are the only methods of shipping that we offer.

 

Depending on availability of product(s) and location of customer, orders shipped UPS ground are expected within 1-3 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or holidays, please keep this mind when placing your orders and attempting to estimate your delivery.

 

Accurate shipping addresses and a phone number is required. Signature may be required for delivery.

 

Charges/Rates:
Supplement Locker is proud to offer a low flat rate fee(s) as follows:

     
  • *$5.95 for orders under 3lbs.
  •  
  • *$7.95 for orders 3 to 30lbs.

Orders over 30lbs will be charged a $10.99 Flat rate fee.

 

These flat rate charges EXCLUDE all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico. APO/FPO orders are also EXCLUDED from these flat rate fees.  APO/FPO orders are subject to a different flat rate fee. Please continue reading for more information.

 

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS and are subject to shipping costs charged by the USPS.

 

Currently we DO NOT ship internationally. U.S. Military please see below.

 

APO/FPO Shipping Policies:
All orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses must use the priority mail option offered by the USPS. This is the only method of shipping available to these addresses.

 

A flat rate of 13.95 will be applied to all packages. For larger/heavier orders, cost will reflect the USPS current pricing matrix.

 

Please keep in mind that even though APO/FPO orders go overseas, they are still considered a domestic shipment. The shipping country should remain the U.S. A
This will help to keep your costs low when shipping.

 

Packing:
All orders will be packed to Supplement Locker specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size/quantity.

 

General Shipping Policies:
All products will ship within 24 hours. If order is placed before 2 p.m. EST, your order will ship same day!

 

Orders placed on a Friday or prior to a holiday will be shipped out first thing on the next business day!

 

Supplement Locker cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other unforeseen variables that could hold the shipping process. For issues during shipment we recommend contacting the shipper with tracking information in hand.

 

Supplement Locker cannot be held responsible for lost orders due to customer error, e.g. incorrect address etc. PLEASE make sure your check your order before finalizing purchase!

 

Supplement Locker DOES not require a signature for UPS deliveries but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. Usually, it you live in a low crime area, the driver may leave your package at your doorstep or a secure area. However, this is at his/her discretion and Supplement Locker cannot be held responsible for stolen items.

 

For USPS shipments all orders will be shipped out via the priority mail option. All orders are based on weight and distance of order. This option is the only option for those in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.

 

Any address changes, cancellations, or delivery interception to processed orders, will incur a $10.00 charge.

 

Orders returned to Supplement Locker due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be charged a $10.00 will be subject to a $10.00 charge and a 10% restocking fee.

 

Tracking Information:
Tracking information will be sent in a timely fashion after order is processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information.
